Separate from membership

Voluntary support is distinct from annual membership dues, event registration and a sponsorship purchase. Discuss the intended purpose and terms with the Chamber before contributing. A support inquiry does not enroll you as a member or purchase event admission.

Purpose and acceptance

The support section highlights areas of Chamber activity for discussion. It does not promise that every area operates a separately restricted fund. Obtain confirmation before assuming a payment will be accepted for a designated purpose or that a particular benefit will be provided.

Tax treatment

Contributions to Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of your payment. The organization is a 501(c)(6) business association.

Payment and recurring arrangements

No contribution checkout or recurring support authorization is created by an inquiry. Before using any hosted payment link, confirm the recipient, amount, currency, payment purpose, frequency and applicable terms. Do not assume that a support payment is recurring unless you explicitly authorize that arrangement.

Errors and questions

Send questions about contribution arrangements or a payment error to lindbladedaniel@gmail.com. Include the date, amount and receipt reference if a payment has been made. Refund treatment depends on the confirmed arrangement and circumstances; this website does not publish a universal contribution refund guarantee.
