Event information and registration

The Events page introduces recurring event formats. It does not serve as a dated booking calendar. Obtain the confirmed date, location, eligibility, member or non-member price, included items and registration instructions before booking.

Payment and attendance

An inquiry does not reserve a place. Follow the confirmation and payment instructions for the particular event. Annual membership does not automatically include every ticket or registration fee.

Attendee changes and cancellation

Substitution, cancellation deadlines, no-shows and refund arrangements are governed by the event-specific terms. Request those terms before purchase. This website does not set a universal attendee cancellation window.

Organizer cancellation or rescheduling

If an event is changed or cancelled, request the event organizer’s current instructions on rebooking, substitution or any available refund. Do not assume that third-party travel or accommodation costs will be reimbursed.
