Individual agreements

Sponsorship opportunities vary by event, program, availability and organization needs. A discussion or website inquiry does not establish a sponsorship. Confirm the scope in a written agreement before paying.

Scope, recognition and payment

The agreement should identify the sponsor, event or program, amount, currency, payment schedule and specific recognition or deliverables. Any use of a sponsor’s name or logo should be agreed. Membership benefits do not automatically include an additional sponsorship purchase.

Changes and cancellation

Requests to change or cancel a sponsorship, along with treatment of funds if an event changes, follow the individual agreement. This website does not promise a standard refund period or guaranteed business results.
