Membership dues

The published initial membership investment is non-refundable. Confirm the plan, annual amount and renewal arrangements before paying. This statement does not resolve duplicate charges or payment-processing errors, which should be reported for investigation.

Events and sponsorships

Event registrations and sponsorships are governed by the terms supplied for the particular event or agreement. Ask about cancellation, substitution, rescheduling and refund conditions before committing. This website does not publish a universal refund period or promise that every event or sponsorship payment can be refunded.

Voluntary support

Contact the Chamber to agree on the purpose and terms before providing voluntary support. This website does not advertise an unconditional right to reverse a contribution or a blanket non-refundable rule for contributions. Ask the Chamber about the treatment applicable to the particular arrangement.

Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized payments

Promptly contact lindbladedaniel@gmail.com with your name, organization, transaction date, amount, payment purpose and receipt reference. Describe the issue and requested resolution. Never email a complete card number, CVV or password.

Review and processing

The Chamber must identify the transaction and applicable terms before confirming whether an adjustment or refund is due. No fixed response, approval or settlement period is promised on this website. If a refund is approved, the relevant payment provider and financial institution determine how it is returned and when it appears. Contact us for a transaction-specific update.
