The Chamber’s education and workforce efforts connect employers with the region’s education community. The focus includes career readiness, higher education and trade pathways that help people prepare for work and help businesses find skills.

Business meets the classroom

The Adopt-A-School initiative has connected Chamber professionals with New River Middle School to introduce students to local industries and careers. Education and Workforce Council programming also explores multiple pathways into the workforce.
